Welcome to try.anydress.ai (the “Service”), a real-time virtual try-on service operated by JELLYBYTE LTD (Reg. No. HE 495017), with its registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou & Agias Fylaxeos 182, Kofteros Business Centre, 2nd floor, Office 201, 3083 Limassol, Cyprus, (“AnyDress”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service lets you see a garment on yourself in real time. You provide a reference image of a garment (by uploading a photo or pasting an image URL), start your camera, and our technology streams your camera feed to an AI model that renders the garment onto your live image for a short session. At the end of a session you can download an AI-generated video (and, on some devices, a photo) of your try-on, watermarked with “try.anydress.ai”.
All try-on output is AI-generated imagery. It is a visualization aid, not a true-to-life representation of fit, size, colour, or fabric. Purchase decisions you make based on a try-on are your own.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Registration requires a valid email address, which you must verify, and confirmation that you are 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Free trial, credits, and sessions
- New verified accounts receive one free try-on session of limited duration.
- Further sessions require credits, sold in packs at the prices displayed at checkout. One standard session consumes 1 credit; an extended session consumes the number of credits displayed. Current session lengths are shown in the Service.
- A credit is consumed when a session starts. Ending a session early still consumes the credit — the session and its downloadable video are delivered from the moment the try-on renders.
- If a session fails to connect through no fault of yours, the credit (or free trial) is automatically returned to your account.
- Credits are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold.
4. Payments — Stripe as merchant of record
Credit packs are sold through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. This means your payment, invoice/receipt, applicable VAT or sales tax, and payment-related customer service are handled by Stripe on our behalf. Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. Refunds and cancellation rights are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will NOT:
- use the Service if you are under 18, or point the camera at any person under 18;
- film any other person without their clear consent;
- use the camera or upload reference images containing nudity, sexually explicit content, violence, or any illegal content;
- upload a reference image that contains a real minor (automated screening will reject such images);
- upload images you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to bypass session limits, moderation, watermarks, payment, or security measures, or to reverse-engineer the Service;
- use the Service to create content that impersonates, harasses, or harms others.
We use automated content moderation on reference images and keep session logs (see Privacy Policy). We may refuse service, cancel sessions, remove shared content, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations, without refund of credits used in violation of these Terms.
6. Your content and our licence
You retain ownership of reference images you provide and of your likeness. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service: to process your camera stream in real time, to temporarily store reference images (deleted within 24 hours), and — only if you choose to create a share link — to host your try-on video for up to 24 hours at an unguessable URL. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any image you provide.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by JELLYBYTE LTD or its licensors. Try-on videos you generate are for your personal, non-commercial use. The “try.anydress.ai” watermark must not be removed.
8. Availability and third parties
The Service depends on third-party AI infrastructure, your device, camera, and network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular visual quality, or that every garment type can be rendered. The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under EU law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Privacy
Our processing of your personal data — including your camera stream and account data — is described in the Privacy Policy at try.anydress.ai, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Otherwise, the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
