Note: the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) published on anydress.ai applies to our business customers, for whom we act as a data processor. On try.anydress.ai you are a consumer and JELLYBYTE LTD (Reg. No. HE 495017), with its registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou & Agias Fylaxeos 182, Kofteros Business Centre, 2nd floor, Office 201, 3083 Limassol, Cyprus, is the data controller — so instead of a DPA, this page explains in plain terms which categories of providers touch which data, and for how long. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. How your data flows during a try-on
- You upload or link a garment image → it is stored on our server (EU hosting) for a maximum of 24 hours and screened by an automated moderation provider before use.
- You press Start → your browser sends your live camera video to our real-time AI infrastructure provider, which transforms it and streams it back. Frames are processed transiently and are not stored. Your microphone audio, if enabled, never leaves your device.
- Your try-on video is assembled in your own browser. It touches our server only if you explicitly create a 24-hour share link.
- If you buy credits, payment happens entirely on Stripe, acting as merchant of record; we never see your card details.

The specific identities of our providers (other than Stripe, which you interact with directly at checkout) are confidential for commercial reasons. They are available on legitimate written request to privacy@anydress.ai — for example, where you need them to exercise your GDPR rights or to assess a specific privacy concern — subject to reasonable confidentiality. We update this page whenever a provider category is added or replaced.
3. What no provider receives
- Your microphone audio (local to your browser only).
- Your downloaded try-on videos (unless you create a share link — then hosted by us for max 24 hours).
- Your password (stored only as a salted hash on our server).
- Your card number (goes only to Stripe).
4. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as noted above.
